This is what I did before the Gnocchi class.

Besides being a Chef, I have recently started doing wood working in my garage. So when I decided to teach Gnocchi classes I thought why not make some really nice Gnocchi boards out of walnut wood.

It took much longer than I thought it would, but after many Youtube videos and web searches I finally figured it out and the actual wood working began.

About 8 hours later I had these.
